Patch Test - If you’re new to colour with us, a colour consultation and patch test are required at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. This applies even if you’ve had colour done elsewhere. If it has been more than six months since your last colour service with us, a new patch test will also be necessary.

 

Finishing Services - All colour services must be followed by a finishing service—either a blow-dry or a cut (which includes a blow-dry).

 

Appointments & Cancellations - As a courtesy, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A £15 cancellation fee per service will apply to no-shows and late cancellations.

 

Payments - We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.

 

Student Discount - Students can enjoy a 10% discount on services with our New Talents, available Monday to Thursday. Simply present a valid student ID at checkout to redeem this offer.
